Kamiel Kafka always wears a long coat and hat with earmuffs.
Usually he recites absurd philosophies and poems - in his typical high, sharp voice.
His most famous statement is, "I'm Kamiel Kafka, I'm Kamiel Kafka and I'm not going to say it twice."
